Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Quote and mockup requests: name, email, phone (if you give it), business name, ZIP code, website address, what you need and any notes or files you send.
Chat and text messages with the AI sales assistant on this site, and, for our clients, on their sites.
Payment start: the email address you enter before going to checkout. Card details are entered only on our payment provider's page.
Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quote, build and deliver your services, take payment and provide support; to keep the site secure; and, if you asked for it, to send you our updates (you can opt out at any time).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries and chat messages: up to 2 years. Customer and payment records: as long as tax law requires. Server logs: up to 90 days.

5. Who we share it with

Hosting: our server is operated by netcup GmbH (Germany). Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) provides DNS and protection.
Payments: Whop (USA) processes card payments.
AI assistant: chat replies are generated by an AI model run by Groq, Inc. (USA); the messages you type are sent to it to produce a reply.
Text messages: if we send texts for you, a US telecom provider (e.g. Twilio) carries them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use ad pixels or tracking cookies on this site.

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, use the request form or email hello@guardlabs.online. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of authorization. In the last 12 months we have not sold or shared personal information.

7. Other US states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete and port their data and to opt out of targeted advertising and sales. Use the same request form. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our email.

8. Email and texts

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address (CAN-SPAM). We send texts only with your prior consent, and you can reply STOP at any time (TCPA).

9. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. International transfers

Our server is in the EU (Germany); some providers above are in the USA. We use contractual safeguards where the law requires them.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top.
