1. Who we are

This website and the services on it are provided by Proofsite, a remote web studio (mailing address: [US ADDRESS]) ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@guardlabs.online.

2. What we provide

We build landing pages, business websites and online stores; set up and run an AI sales assistant (website chat and text replies); set up and manage Google Ads campaigns; and offer an optional monthly Care plan. Each package's scope is described on the pricing page; anything beyond it is priced in your written quote before you pay.

3. Free first version

After your request and a short brief, we build one test version of your site on our own address, free of charge and with no obligation. One free version per business. You have 14 days from receiving the test address to approve it; after that we may take it down. If you do not buy, we may show the design in our portfolio without your contact details, and we remove your logo on request.

4. Price and payment

Prices are fixed for the described scope and shown in US dollars. The price shown is the total you pay; no sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is due when you approve the site. Stores and larger projects may be paid in 2 parts (50% on approval, 50% within 14 days). Monthly services (AI sales assistant, Google Ads management, Care plan) are billed every 30 days in advance and can be cancelled at any time; they stop at the end of the paid period. Google Ads budget is paid by you to Google directly. Card payments are processed by Whop (whop.com); we never see your card details.

5. Ownership and hand-over

Once you have paid in full, the website's source code and content are yours. We register the domain in your name or connect your existing one, and hand over the files. Until payment in full, the site and code remain ours and stay on our test address.

6. Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, text and images you send us. We use them only to build and run your services.

7. AI sales assistant

The assistant answers in writing from scripts and a price list you approve. It gives price ranges, not binding quotes, and it is not a substitute for emergency services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give it and for complying with laws that apply to your business communications, including text-message consent rules (TCPA). We may suspend it if it is used for unlawful or abusive messaging.

8. Google Ads

We manage campaigns in an ad account you own or that we create in your name. Results depend on your market, budget and Google's policies; we do not guarantee a number of leads. You can stop at any time; campaigns pause at the end of the paid month.

9. Refunds and cancellation

10. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by third-party services (hosting, payment providers, domain registrars, Google, telecom carriers) outside our control, or for content you supply. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, both sides agree to try to resolve it in writing within 30 days.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you approved your quote.
